Parco Constructors Group, LLC, (formerly Parco Construction, Inc.) was incorporated in 2008, while Parco Construction, Inc. was incorporated in 1985.

Parco’s objective is to provide cost effective construction expertise in the Kentucky and Southern Indiana market place. Its only office location is at 2521 Ridgemar Ct. Parco has maintained its office on Ridgemar Ct. since 1992 and has been servicing the construction industry in the Louisville area for over twenty five years.

Parco typically maintains between sixty to seventy five employees. The office staff consists of six personnel including three Registered Professional Engineers. Also included in Parco’s staff is a project manager that previously has worked as a field superintendent for Parco. With the mix of Professional Engineers and the field experience of an ex-superintendent, Parco’s staff provides not only outstanding educational expertise but also hand-on ability to encompass all facets of the construction process. Parco maintains the ability to provide additional staffing as its workload may dictate as necessary.

Safety is a primary goal for Parco Construction and Parco is proud of its current Experience Modification Rating (EMR) of 0.86. Parco has maintained an EMR of 1.0 or less for over 10 years. In addition Parco has hired as independent consultant, J.V. Resources, to assist in the maintenance and implementation of its safety program.
